Frames

Each frame is personally handcrafted by me using solid hardwood, with options such as walnut, maple, cherry, oak, and other premium hardwoods to complement the character of your chosen artwork. Every frame is shaped, finished, and possibly stained by hand, creating a truly one-of-a-kind presentation. Because different hardwoods vary in cost and craftsmanship requirements, your choice of wood may influence the final price of the piece. Each artwork arrives ready to display with secure, heavy-duty hanging wire attached to the carrier frame.

Due to the limited nature of the Canvas and Metal artworks, they cannot be purchased directly online. Warranties and Shipping information:

1 – One Month, 100% Money-Back Guarantee
All artwork purchases are covered under my 100% "take one month to decide" money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, credit, or exchange within one month. Some limitations apply, primarily to protect against internet fraud, which unfortunately does occur. See the Returns section below for full details. Refunds do not apply to custom orders—defined as prints not currently in stock and requiring production for a specific client, or prints that have been dedicated, remarked, or otherwise customized.

2 – Lifetime Fade-Free Warranty
All work offered by Thomas Watkins Fine Art is printed exclusively on archival-quality, fade-resistant fine art papers using archival inks. Each piece comes with a Lifetime Fade-Free Warranty to protect your investment: should your artwork ever fade, I will replace it at no charge, for as long as you own it. No questions asked—simply return the faded piece, and I’ll ship a new one right away. This warranty applies to purchases made in 2025 or later.

3 – Lifetime Framing Warranty
If you purchased your artwork already framed from me, and it is ever damaged due to the framing materials I used, I will reframe or replace it at no charge. I use only the finest archival materials such as acid-free mat boards, protective backings, and conservation-grade adhesives to ensure your artwork is preserved. However, if anything were ever to go wrong, you’re 100% covered. This warranty applies to every piece I mat and frame for you. It is valid only if the piece includes the Thomas Watkins Fine Art Seal of Authenticity on the back. This warranty does not apply to artwork not framed by me.

4 – Personal Style Warranty
I guarantee that each work reflects my personal style and vision offering a perspective that is distinct from how others might view the same subject. To achieve this, I apply techniques such as developing unique color palettes, selectively adding or removing elements, altering shapes, reformatting compositions, and more. If a piece you purchase appears exactly as the landscape did in person, I will refund your money. Please read my Artist Statement for a deeper insight into my stylistic approach.

1 – Each photograph includes the Thomas Watkins Fine Art Seal of Authenticity
This label, affixed to the back of every artwork, guarantees that you own an original fine art photograph from Thomas Watkins Fine Art. The Lifetime Fade-Free Warranty and Framing Warranty are honored only on works bearing this seal.

2 – Each photograph is hand-signed by Thomas Watkins
Every photograph is signed on both the print and the mat. This ensures that even if you choose to remat the artwork, my signature remains intact. I use archival pens that won’t fade or damage the print over time.

3 – Each image is printed using state-of-the-art equipment and materials
As digital photography evolves, so do my tools and techniques. To ensure you receive the highest possible print quality, each piece is printed to order using the latest processes and materials.

4 – My prices increase regularly
This ensures that your investment appreciates in value over time. All orders placed after a price increase will reflect the updated pricing. I reserve the right to change prices and policies at any time without notice.

Shipping, Returns & Taxes:

1 – Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, with all orders originating from Phoenix, Arizona. U.S. orders are sent via insured and traceable USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via insured U.S. Airmail. Oversized pieces may be sent via freight. Occasionally, I offer free U.S. shipping on special promotions—please refer to current offers for details.

2 – Your Package Is Insured and Trackable
Every order is packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. Matted prints are shipped with multiple reinforced layers, and framed pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and protected within double-boxed packaging. All shipments are insured and traceable.

If your order is damaged in transit, you’re fully covered by my Free Replacement Warranty. Simply notify me, return the damaged item (insured and trackable), and I’ll ship a new one at no cost.

3 – Returns
Every fine art print purchase, whether matted or framed, is covered by my one-month satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely pleased, return the piece in like-new condition for a refund or exchange. This applies whether you ordered online, by phone, or in person. Exceptions include autographed/dedicated prints, deeply discounted items, or pieces modified by third parties.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-approved by phone or in person—email requests are not accepted. Unapproved returns will be sent back to the sender.

This policy does not apply to custom orders, which include any print not in stock or customized in any way.

4 – Sales Tax
A 9.8% sales tax is charged for all orders.
